Our building is a beautiful Edwardian building, originally constructed in the early 1900’s.
Having recently been refurbished, the building boasts 11 stylish apartments providing elegant living with a beautiful prime location. Every apartment is fitted with stunning wooden parquet flooring throughout. Each apartment has luxurious bathroom and modern kitchen.
We operate a smart lock system. Access will be given through personal codes/PINs. These will be sent out to guests 3 days before arrival and will operate the front door as well as your apartment door.
Weekly cleaning – including linen change – for stays over 7 nights.
As part of a check-in process with us you will be required to provide one form of ID and a valid credit of debit card for security purposes.

Large and really comfy bed and sofa, 10 mins walk to UNerdround and 1 min to Bus. The amazing 55 bus route just yards away tours all the best bits of central LDN and right to Shoreditch, Old Street, City and Islington ! Best Bars, food, flower shopping in London….and finally if you want a romantic walk from Victoria Park along a canal which takes you all the way to Regents Park…just around the corner…..it does not get better than this…
easy parking in side roads though you will have to pay (( we can possibly get you parking tickets however…fantastic bus services to Shoreditch, Islington, Oxford Street, City, Old Street and tube is 10min walk away…

The flat is very comfortable, with a spacious and bright sitting room. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. There is a small space in the sitting room with a work desk and comfortable chair.
The large and sunny kitchen is fully equipped and the guests are welcome to use it if they want to cook at home.
The flat is on the first floor, with access via a flight of stairs with 10 steps, therefore not suitable for small kids or for someone with mobility issues.
Guests will have sole use of the entire flat – no sharing.
