St Katharine Dock – Tower Bridge – Studio

About this space

My place is close to St Katharine Docks. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

The space

The studio is spacious and bright and has a separate kitchen. It is in the conservation area of St Katharine Docks, close to Tower Bridge and Tower of London.
There is a double bed (135×190) as well as a futon (135×190) in the living room and a dining table. There is a balcony overlooking the communal courtyard and is a lovely space to chill out in the summer after a day exploring London.
The flat will ideally accommodate 2 guests or 4 guests (parents with children for instance, the extra 2 persons will sleep on the futon).

Other things to note

Bookings for 2 guests will have to share the double bed:
if you need the sofa bed to be prepared, there will be surcharge of £30 applied to your reservation.

The apartment is situated within a walking distance from Marble Arch and Oxford Street.Lord’s Cricket Ground in St John’s Wood is a short walk from the apartment. Little Venice is close to the London Westend where all the London finest bars, clubs and restaurants are located. There is a bus stop by the property and Warkwick Avenue Tube Station and Maide Vale Tube Stations are short walk from the apartment.

The are shops just behind the building for convenience.

*Our 1 bed 1 bath flat in the heart of trendy Shoreditch has big bright windows opening to a view of the city. The space is extremely high spec with lots of art and a breezy, airy feel! The flat benefits from a large terrace running its length, a secondary rooftop (shared) terrace and plenty of natural light. The flat is modern, safe and clean. This is normally the flat I live in and we have so much pride in our little gem! It has been tastefully decorated with art from some exciting international artists, and the location is unbeatable – you’re gonna love it!

You have access to the main flat and (weather permitting) a communal roof terrace.

Luxurious and modern build one bed flat in Hackney wick. Discover the ex-Olympic park staging area that now is the place for the most hip bars and cafes in town. Nested in between Victoria park and Elizabeth park this small piece of land running across the Lea river is home of various cool and creative artists that give special vibe to the city. True child of east London this newly formed area certainly lives up to the expectations of the residents and visitors. Ideal for London Stadium events.

The space

The space is comprised by a double bed and a sofa and in total it can accommodate up to 2 couples comfortably. While you are in the house I will be staying elsewhere so you can enjoy some price of mind and enjoy your stay.

The living room is equipped with 40” plasma TV, PlayStation 4 with 2 controllers and 3-4 games preloaded for entertainment. I also have Apple TV with free Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Other things to note

What guests find extremely useful is the off-street parking, which is totally free off-peak and weekends.

Now, the flat itself is minimalistic and carefully selected for its location and orientation. It is a south facing flat full of bright sunlight most of the day, located in a street that almost no cars pass through and it is adjacent to Lea river and in between Victoria and Elizabeth parks (5 mins away).

In terms of air, it feels like you are in the countryside areas and not typical quality for central London, in fact you need to go miles out of London in order to start experiencing such clean air as you do in the are that the flat is located.

It has everything that a modern technologically savvy flat has to offer however I am fun of not overloading my guests eyesight. The flat is creating a sense of calmness and peacefulness. Small artistic touches are on the way and more pots with plants are ready to be set up so stay tuned for updated features.

Lovely Stoke Newington Apartment

This spacious, stylish, and peaceful apartment is the perfect place from which to explore London!Situated in trendy Stoke Newington – close to shops, restaurants, bars, and parks – as well as trains and buses into Central London, the apartment is located just 2 minute’s walk from the station.One spacious double bedroom with a super king bed, and storage. Other things to note

There are few places in London that offer the zest, charm, and charisma of Stoke Newington. Church Street is the area’s lively epicenter, with packed-out bars and pubs never too far away. Stokie’s shop’s overflow with indie labels and vintage goods and its restaurants are noteworthy for their diversity as well as their quality. Of course, much of N16’s success is down to the remarkably strong presence of independent businesses in the area, making it a truly distinctive part of the capital.

Stunning Flat Highgate/Crouch End

Stunning two bedroom flat 10 minutes walk from Highgate tubeThe apartment is housed in an attractive Victorian building on one of the loveliest streets of Crouch End. It’s central but incredibly peaceful and green. has recently been part refurbished full of original features and has incredibly high ceilings and has enormous windows that flood the apartment with light.

It comes fully equipped with kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and a stunning reception room. This grand room has french windows opening onto a beautiful Edwardian Terrace that leads onto a private garden and then onto a further communal garden.

The terrace gets the morning sun and is perfect for breakfast before you set off for the day. It’s incredibly tranquil and private and in the evening makes for a perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine to enjoy the beautiful garden views.

Alternatively Crouch end is 5 minutes walk if you tire of the lovely garden views and want to try out one of the many local cafes or restaurants.

Or if your feeling full of energy and want more of our vibrant city… your only 7 stops to London’s West End.

Guests will have access to the two double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, lounge, terrace and private garden.

Other things to note

There is a double sofa bed in the lounge and spare linen in the master bedroom, so the flat can sleep up to 6 guests.

Unfortunately it isn’t a very child friendly home so not really suitable for families. Very sorry.
