Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment during their stay.
{1} The apartment is located on the second floor with four short flights of stairs to climb. The building does not have a lift.
{2} The cameras are positioned only at the doors and not inside the apartment.
{3} Upon request, we charge a one-time fee of £45 for the baby cot. This covers setup, transportation from our storage, and return, as we don’t have space to store it in the apartment.
However, this is optional and available upon request.

This flat is self contained with separate living / bedroom area. The flat also enjoys the benefit of a 65 inch TV ideally placed for a movie night in.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M. instead of 3 P.M.
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to submit a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
No noise policy in-place between 9PM to 7AM.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.
Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of £55. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
A penalty fare of £150 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property.

The flat is situated 350 meters from London Bridge Station (with DIRECT TRAIN SERVICES to Gatwick and Luton airports) and The Shard, just 150 meters from the Thames, More London and fashionable bars and shops of Bermondsey Street, within walking distance of the City.
The apartment is fully furnished with plenty of storage space. High speed wireless internet access is available free of charge.
The kitchen is fully-fitted with a gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, cutlery, pots and pans.
A modern bathroom is fitted with a walk-in rain shower and Japanese style washlet toilet.
Bed linen, Egyptian Cotton towels and toiletries are included.
This is a wheelchair accessible property (elevator). Entry to the building is controlled via a secure video-phone system. The flat is equipped with a burglar alarm, smoke detectors and fire alarm. There is gas central heating and hot water.

Bathroom with electric shower, hidden storage above the sink… please note we have installed a pump (it is loud when running) to increase the water pressure in the property. We would recommend not flushing the loo in the middle of the night as the pump will kick in… it starts and shuts off quickly, but would be annoying if you’re partner were sound a sleep.

Private little studio flat at the top of a family house. A real gem of a find- unique, artistic, well appointed, and very well situated for many modes of Public Transport to all areas and the airports and stations. Quintessentially British and eclectic of style in a very large house.
Access to the flat is through the main door to the family house but has own separate key to the studio, for secure and private area.
Ultra modern and comfortable, simple and serene décor, plenty of natural light, compact but feels spacious. Cosy and warm in the winter, and the noise of the city is hardly audible, making it a quiet refuge despite being close enough to the action.
The entire flat is accessible, although I do live here in between guest bookings, so some wardrobes/cupboards are off-limits, but I will make it clear where you can keep your things and if food is for sharing or not.
London Fields, Broadway Market, Regent’s Canal, Columbia Rd etc are also in walking distance.
