The place
house is truly unique. It was built in the mid-60s, and as one of the first houses built in this area, it was located away from the flight path, so there is no noise from airplanes. The place is close to Don Muang Airport and also Khu Khot BTS Station. The house has many modern amenities, mostly European appliances and the original charm of the restored mid-century furniture. The marble and terrazo floors in the living room, teak floors upstairs, make this property unique.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire house, except for a few areas; rear storage room, the guard house in front and a small room under the stairs where I keep tools.

Some highlights are the massive bathroom downstairs, the balcony on the second floor, the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The long and narrow lotus pond with fountain. All in all, if you are looking for space, this is the house for you and your group.

Other things worth noting
Guests need to know that much of the house has been restored, including all electricity and pipes. To be able to do that, I had run some of the pipes and pipes on the walls. This makes it easier to maintain. All rooms are air-conditioned with the exception of the living room on the second floor, which has a ceiling fan.
