🚯 Garbage cannot be thrown at the door of the room. The garbage room is located on the same floor as your room (turn left by the elevator). A fine of 2000 baht will be imposed for littering;
🚭 Smoking and marijuana are not allowed in non-smoking areas, such as rooms and common facilities. Violation is subject to a fine of 5,000-20,000 baht (there is a smoking area outside the lobby on the ground floor).

: The property belongs to the Airbnb room and does not belong to the hotel. Guests must follow the accommodation rules posted by the host during their stay, so this property does not have 24-hour hotel-style service. If you don’t mind, we don’t recommend booking here.
* Guests cannot use the reception/concierge service during their stay. Please contact me at Airbnb if you have any questions. Do not disturb the reception or concierge on the ground floor.
* Please speak softly and do not disturb the neighbors after 22:00 in the evening.
* In case of forgotten key card, guests will be charged 500 THB for delivery/1000 THB in case of loss of room card;
* There is no luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out. It is recommended to go to the nearby mall to store your luggage.
* Netflix/YouTube account/toothpaste, toothbrush and other essentials are not included.
* The water in the tap is not drinkable. You can go to the 711 convenience store downstairs to buy groceries like bottled drinking water, toothpaste, and toothbrush.
* Towels and beach towels for two people in the room. If you need extra towels, please let us know in advance and pay separately.
* There is no daily cleaning service. If you need extra cleaning, let us know in advance and pay the fee: 500 baht per time.
* In a tropical country, in order to avoid ants and other insects in the room, you need to clean up the kitchen area in time after using the kitchen. All your food must be stored in the refrigerator, and food waste must be disposed of immediately in the designated garbage compartment on each floor (insecticide in the cabinets).
* There are no beach towels and towels in the pool area, and guests must bring their own or use the towels in the room.
* Do not throw away toilet paper and sanitary towels in the toilet. Throw them in the trash can in the bathroom, otherwise the toilet will clog.
* There is no service for washing or drying laundry.
* Packages cannot be picked up at the post office.
* There is a main road next to the apartment. We’re not sure about your definition of the noise level. If you have a request related to noise, it is recommended that you bring your own earplugs, otherwise we do not recommend that you order here.
* The quality of tap water in Thailand is average. You can bring your own water quality filter if you have water quality requirements.
* Due to the 2025 earthquake, there may be some cracks in the wall, but it does not affect normal occupancy. Don’t book if you mind.
