Other things worth noting
Some simple house rules:

– Do not throw anything in the toilet. No napkins in the toilet, do not throw paper handkerchiefs in the toilet bowl. It caused a blockage, and the toilet would not work.

– Please help to save energy by turning off the lights and air conditioning when you don’t need them and when you leave the apartment.

– Do not bring anything belonging to the property with you when you check out.

– Do not leave rubbish outside the bin. If it doesn’t fit, use a new garbage bag. When the trash can is full, empty the bag and put it in the large trash can outside the house or leave it next to the trash can in front house.

– Please clean after you when using the kitchen.

– Take off your shoes when you enter the house.

– Early check-in before 12:00. It costs an additional fee of 400 THB/hour.

– Late check-out after 12:00 noon. It costs an additional fee of 400 THB/hour.

** Smoking is not allowed in the house. You can smoke on the roof or outside the front door.

** Drug use is strictly prohibited.

** We are in the community, so respect our neighbors by keeping your voice down at night. It is against the law for loud noise at night if the neighbors report to the police. Lower your voice, especially after 2200-0800. If the neighbor complains, it will be okay with THB10,000 for breaking the house rules.
