Our bedding is washed by its own staff to avoid excessive use of chemical cleaners, so it is safer and more environmentally friendly. Some of the sheets may have some pale traces of paint left during the washing process, but they have been thoroughly washed. Avoid using the following items on the bed to keep the sheet white:

5. To maintain the quality of the property, we ask that you cooperate by not throwing parties, using drugs, drinking excessively, engaging in prostitution, making loud noise, or exhibiting other inappropriate behavior in the room.
6. It is not allowed to smoke in the room, toilet or balcony.

We use a traditional key system. In the past, there have been guests who have lost their keys, and although the probability is low, it is still one of the risks. Each room is equipped with a dark lock, so be sure to lock yourself inside when sleeping at night to prevent outsiders from entering.

To avoid unnecessary financial losses, do not hang your clothes over the air conditioner vents, as the hangers may cause the
air conditioner fan to be broken. If it is found that the fan blades of the air conditioner are damaged after check-out, you may be required to pay for repairs in accordance with the provisions of the property manager. A previous guest caused damage by hanging up clothes and paid 2,800 baht in damages.
