Welcome to MiniSera, a house where minimalism meets tranquility – a perfect mix for a comfortable stay.

Located in Sukhumvit-Thonglor-Ekkamai, in the heart of Bangkok, close to the finest restaurants, pubs, bars and a sky-train station, less than two km away.

Our house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with a dining area.

Easy check-in/check-out with keypad lock door lock.

The space
This charming two-storey house has three cozy bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a spacious living room. Renovated with my passion for design, it now has a minimalist feel while preserving the charm of the 70s.

Your comfort is our priority and the house is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a wonderful stay. Perfect for accommodating up to six guests, making it a great choice for groups, friends, or families.

The ground floor has a living and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a double induction stove, microwave, air fryer, mini oven, refrigerator, cooking utensils, crockery and utensils.

The dining area is part of a spacious living room that includes a large dining table, a comfortable couch, and a smart TV with access to YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, VIU, and more, catering to all your entertainment needs.

On the second floor you will find two bedrooms with 5 foot beds and one master bedroom with a bed of six feet and Netflix TV.

There are three bathrooms: one on the 1st floor and two on the 2nd floor. All have walk-in showers, and one also has a bathtub.

Please note: Guests must use stairs to access all three bedrooms.

Other things worth noting
The house is located in a residential area, and typical housing noises may occur. The nights are generally quiet.
