About this space

My Loft apartment is located at what used to be a Textile Warehouse in a Victorian era and is built in 1870. It’s now a place full of artists, musicians and all sort of strokes creatives . It’s location is the N1 London, you’ll live your French Riviera at famous De Beauvoir Town. Regents Canal is right by my window ( it’s a beautiful walk by the water and canal boats).

The space

The studio has a western sun flooding light coming with the view of Regent Canal and the park across the street. Studio is a very compact 40 sq/m loft convention that has two floors : Main floor has sitting area with a kitchenette and the walk in bathroom/shower area. Upstairs mezzanine provides a low height that gives a cocoon like feeling with the view of the park whilst lying in the king size bed or working away on the office desk . Please note: the height on the mezzanine is perfect for sitting down or sleeping meaning that its 1,4 m floor to ceiling 🙂

Guest access

You’ll have everything for yourself during your stay. This is a totally self sustained Apartment.
