This is a bright, modern, fresh and artsy apartment in central London – only 22 minutes from Oxford Street! The flat has been recently refurbished to a high standard, is thoughtfully decorated and is in a peaceful block where you have lovely views over the rooftops off one of the most fabulous and salubrious areas of London.

The flat is bright and roomy with 4 living areas – a great sized bedroom with blackout curtains, a luxurious bathroom opposite, a cosy lounge and a modern, spacious kitchen with all the appliances and mod cons you require.

You have private access, an intercom, super fast Wi-Fi and all the items one may need for a short or long term stay – working from home areas, hair dryer, ironing board, first aid kit, HEPA air filter etc. Plus the most important thing – an extremely comfortable, plush, double-size, hybrid/ memory foam bed, to wake up in!

There is also a luxurious, easy to fold out sofa bed in the lounge and plenty of storage throughout, so the apartment can comfortably suit 4 guests or a small family.

Sofa Bed:
You need to inform us of extra guests beyond 2 or if a guest requires the use of a separate bed. We have a convenient sofa bed to accommodate 1-2 more guests. This will require extra set up, linen, towels & cleaning for our team.

There is an additional fee for this: £25 for the stay.

Baby Facilities:
A travel baby cot and high chair are available for an additional fee. Do please inform us if you have a baby or toddler travelling with you and you require a cot or baby chair put in the property for you for your extra convenience.

Baby High Chair: £10 per stay

Property Policies:
Toiletries: Complimentary toiletries, including toilet paper, shampoo, and laundry detergent, are provided in limited quantities.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A fee of 500 GBP will be charged for odour removal, duct cleaning, and sanitisation if smoking occurs indoors.

Lost Key Policy:
A penalty will be imposed for lost keys to cover lock replacement. For lost access key, a charge of 150 GBP will apply per card applies.
