House Rules & Policies:

• Strictly no parties allowed.

• Cancellation. Bookings are refundable up to 14 days before arrival.

• Primary guest. The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.

• Smoking – Guests cannot smoke inside Parea Living homes.

• If you have unauthorised guests staying in the property you will be charged.

• We do not permit the use of Air Fryers or Portable Heaters.

• Towels – Bath + Hand towels are provided x1 per person along with a complimentary Shower Gel + Shampoo in each bathroom.

• Extra linen / towels are available for a small fee upon request.

• We offer only Netflix and apps, not cable TV 🙂
