B18 – Two-bedroom apartment with garden and pool in the center of Bangkok

Belle Condo on Rama 9 is located in the heart of Bangkok, within a 5-minute walk of Phra Ram 9 MRT and Central Plaza Rama 9. My apartment is fully furnished, with tropical garden, swimming pool and gym. You’ll feel like you’re living in a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but the city is close by, there are small malls downstairs, and that super mall is a five-minute walk or a free shuttle ride away. In addition, JODD FAIR’s night market is only 1500 meters away, which is a must for tourists.

Other things to note
: Monthly renters are required to pay a deposit of 10,000 baht at check-in to cover water/electricity/wi-fi.

Electricity costs 7 baht per unit, water costs 30 baht per tonne and internet costs 600 baht per month.

We are very concerned about harmony in the neighborhood. Follow these requirements:
1. Keep your voice down during your
stay 2. No parties.
3. Smoking is not allowed in the room, because all the apartments in Thailand are equipped with smoke detectors, if you smoke in the room, it will attract a police visit and face a fine (there is a separate smoking area in the downstairs garden)
4. Keep the apartment sanitary clean.
5. Do not exceed the number of people on the reservation. Let us know in advance if you need to increase the number of people.
6. In the case of monthly rentals, guests are responsible for paying the water and electricity bills.
7. Do not use the balcony to dry laundry, otherwise you will be charged 1,000 baht.
