1) Please make sure you have a thorough understanding of both our “house rules” and the “location of the house”.

2) If you wish to cancel an order, please make sure to do so before the cancellation period. Otherwise, you cannot request a refund from us.

3) Extra guest fee: We normally charge 600 baht/person/night for more than 6 people. So, choose the right number of guests.

4) Extra fees for early check-in and late check-out: Please check in and out on time. Or at least inform us in advance if you need to.

5) Extra cleaning fee and linens: If you want us to clean your house or change the linens during your stay.
