The place
Anna River Home Resort launched new Asian tiny houses in 2024 The

house (A3) is located together with houses A1 and A2 on a beautiful plot next to the river.

Very close to Suvarnabhumi Bangkok Airport (by car about 10-15 minutes), shopping and many local restaurants.

Asian Tiny House No. The A3 offers approximately 32 square feet of living space, including a living room, dining room, one loft bedroom (queen size) for two adults. Please note that this loft bedroom is accessed by stairs, has plenty of height in the attic, but you will probably still have to bend over to access.
This house also offers a luxurious bathroom. Overall, this house is suitable for 2-3 adults and/or children, and it is perfect for a family. It is possible to add one sofa bed in the living room, so that 1-2 adults (queen size) can sleep.

The small house offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay at The Anna River Resort. Free Wi-Fi is available inside the houses and elsewhere on the property.

Peaceful surroundings to enjoy nature by the river/canal. The resort offers beautiful views of water and nature. Lots of activities, bingo, card games, feeding the fish, boating and swings. The resort offers a small boat with pedals and life jackets.
Laundry facilities on site. Pet-friendly (but keep your pet out of the house).

The living room includes:

The kitchenette includes the following:

(✅If you want to cook elaborate dishes, you can do so in the common area. We can prepare the site and equipment for you.)

The bathroom contains the following:

⬥ a small mirror, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, shower cap, toiletries, shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste and toilet paper

All houses are cozy, well decorated, comfortable and filled with:

⬥ bed, linens, pillows and blankets
⬥ The attic is well-lit and has electrical outlets for charging guests’ devices, such as phones and laptops.

Guests can park their cars in the parking lots next to the houses.

Note: for Tiny House no. A3 with attic room: People with mobility issues may have difficulty accessing or moving around the attic room.

Anna River Home is an Asian modern resorted with many different homes to choose from. The houses (A1, A2 and A3) can also be booked together (for a maximum of 14 people in total) to celebrate family holidays, parties, events, birthdays and team building groups. We can arrange music and karaoke equipment, barbecue and other necessities. Either way, our resort allows couples and families to experience the Asian home lifestyle and hospitality.

Other things to note:
❌Note ❌:

❌Do not make a loud noise in or around the house after 8:00 PM.
The security guard will ask you to leave the home immediately.

❌ If you bring outsiders to stay in the house without prior notice, the house rules stipulate an additional fee of 500 baht per person immediately. Cash payment only.

❌ Do not play music or speak too loudly. Try to keep the environment in the house calm and relaxed.

❌Do not smoke inside the house, fine of 2000 baht.

❌ Do not light fireworks or create sparks.

❌ Do not wear shoes inside the house.

❌ All types of kitchen utensils must be washed after use by the customer. If that’s not convenient, we have a service charge of 300 baht.

❌Do not throw any other type of waste and sanitary towels into the toilet.

Pets are❌ not allowed inside the house (pets are only allowed outside the house).

❌ The tenant must maintain the house, including the equipment in the house, in good condition, as the owner, and if there is damage caused by the tenant, the tenant is responsible for compensation or rSeparations.
