The space
Next to London’s most famous flower market and shops at Colombia Road, this beautiful English pub conversion is filled with character and original features. The duplex apartment sprawls across two floors, with ample space for sleeping 8 people, and boasts a large outdoor roof terrace.
Please note that the third bedroom is comprised of an additional separate living space upstairs which contains a sofa bed. This space is separated by floor to ceiling shelving dividers for privacy, which creates the feeling of it being a separate bedroom (see photos to check this). If you do not need to use this as a bedroom, this space can be used as a living room with the sofa instead. The fourth bed is a sofa bed in the main living room.
This unique home is just minutes away from Hoxton station, Shoreditch High St station and Bethnal Green station, and so provides easy connections to the whole of London and all major tourist areas. The famous Brick Lane and vibey bars and eateries of Hoxton and Shoreditch are a stone’s throw away!

PLEASE NOTE:
– The property is spread across 2 floors accessible by stairs only.
– Check-ins and check-outs on UK bank holidays (including Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Early May Bank Holiday, Spring May Bank Holiday and Summer Bank Holiday), and December 23, 24, 25, 26, 30 and 31, and January 1 and 2 will incur an additional cleaning fee surcharge of £150 (on top of the normal cleaning fee). This must be paid directly to us prior to check-in and we will be in touch to arrange payment.
– We know the majority of our fabulous guests will treat the property with care and respect, but just in case, we may take a security deposit prior to check-in. This will be refunded following check-out. This is paid directly to us prior to check-in and we will be in touch to arrange payment.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, no shared spaces. We believe in guests enjoying complete privacy on your trip although we are only one call away if you are in need of any assistance.
CHECK-IN
➝ We offer a contactless check-in service. Complete instructions will be given to you shortly before check-in time.
➝ Check-In is between 15:00 and 22:00. If you want to request to Check-In after 22:00 please contact us ASAP and we will try to accommodate this where possible.
CHECK-OUT
➝ Please return the keys back to where you got them from.
Other things to note
There is a security camera installed outside the property for the protection of our guests only. No cameras are installed inside the property.
No parties or events allowed.
No smoking permitted.
Authorised and declared guests only.
Please notify us at least 1 week prior to your stay if you intend on using any of the sofa beds so that we can make arrangements for extra linen. If you do not notify us that you will be using the sofa beds, linen will not be provided.
